PICS Telecom & Verizon

I created this direct link specifically for Verizon on my website.  It’s private and only can be accessed through this email, although you can click on other areas of my website.

The point of this is to create awareness, as well as inform you of the two companies’ long standing history.

PICS Telecom International has worked with Verizon back in the old MCI Worldcom days. Since that time, we have evolved into a great international presence for Telecom Hardware equipment and Services. Its no secret Verizon has been a cornerstone of success throughout the years.

For those who don’t know me, my name is Bill McAuliffe.  I have worked with PICS Telecom going on 21 years and have been involved with many of these projects listed below all the while supporting and providing telecom hardware equipment to different departments of Verizon.  I have been on the Verizon account for the last 13 years.

I’ve relied on great relationships that I’ve made at Verizon throughout my career as well as Industry known name of PICS Telecom International.  To further my point of reaching out and making this type of introduction/re-connection is because there are continuous changes in management at Verizon throughout the years but add in Covid and less face time with travel – I wanted to send this out to many people to help solidify a presence moving forward.

First, we are PICS Telecom International based in Rochester, NY.  Often and many times we do get confused with the internal Verizon group based out of Coatsville, PA which is also called CTDI PICS-VZ COATSVILLE or “pics”.  We are two different companies that happened to deal with the exact same thing of telecom hardware. CTDI-PICS handles hardware shipments out of the warehouse for spares and ongoing internal projects.

PICS Telecoms’ circular service suite is the first and only to achieve 0% landfill, whilst helping global network operators meet their CSR goals and still provide maximum OPEX & CAPEX savings.

For your records- here is a link of my line card that help supports Verizon Networks.

During my tenure I’ve been fortunate enough to establish a whole team that helps supports our customers for excellent customer service while providing support for equipment needs.

Feel free to schedule a call with me so that I may better help assist in any questions.
