We had a bit of unexpected excess capital to spend and were nearing year end.

On short notice Bill and the PICS Telecom team delivered on a couple new servers we had planned for the following year– receiving it before the end of the year warehouse inventory shutdown.

Great communication, responsiveness, and get it done attitude equaled a big win for us.   We were able to start configuration and installation of the new servers starting right after the new year and got that all in and ready well ahead of schedule.
