I have been pretty fortunate lately in regards to equipment failures and replacements, but PICS has always been (thanks to the quality of service I’ve received from you) at the top of my list when I do have a need.

You and your company did an excellent job with the Nortel C1500 core repair and purchase.  We did test both units upon receiving them, and they tested as advertised…If ever the occasion comes up with a neighboring telco in need of your services I will not hesitate to recommend you and your company.

PICS TELECOM has always been there to help! When I reach out to Bill, he is usually able to get me what I need or help point me in the right direction. They have done an outstanding job on repairs of some equipment and provided me with options to buy other gear. Bill even helped me go to bat against UPS when they DESTROYED a $10,000.00 Fujitsu card in shipment. He certainly did not have to intervene and help with that claim but he was 100% there to help. Great guy and a great company!!

On short notice Bill and the PICS Telecom team delivered on a couple new servers we had planned for the following year– receiving it before the end of the year warehouse inventory shutdown.
